SCDF Gifts Giveaway 2026 Terms and Conditions
General Rules
1. The SCDF Gifts Giveaway 2026 (the “Giveaway") is conducted through SCDF Gifts and administered by POLWEL Co-operative Society Limited (“the Organiser”).
2. The Giveaway is open from 1 June 2026 to 30 June 2026, 2359 hrs.
3. The Giveaway is open to all individuals aged 21 years or over residing in Singapore as of the Giveaway commencement date on 1 June 2026.
4. You must fulfill all Giveaway requirements specified by the Organiser to be eligible to win. Entries that are incomplete or do not comply with these T&Cs or any rules, requirements or specifications issued by the Organiser may be disqualified at any time at the Organiser’s sole discretion.
5. By participating in the Giveaway, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including any amendments thereto (the “T&Cs”).
6. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the T&Cs from time to time and modify, cancel, or suspend the Giveaway at its sole discretion at any time. Notice of any such amendments, cancellations or suspensions will be published on SCDF Gifts social media pages.
Participation & Winning Chances
7. Participants are required to follow at least one (1) of SCDF Gifts social media pages, namely:
a) @scdfgifts on Facebook;
b) @scdfgifts on Instagram; and/or
c) @scdfgifts on TikTok.
8. Each eligible social media account followed constitutes one (1) entry and one (1) chance of winning. Participants who follow multiple accounts will receive multiple chances of winning. Each participant, however, may only win one (1) prize in the Giveaway.
Prize
9. A total of fifty (50) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
10. The prize is a $10 SCDF Gifts E-Gift Card. The prize is subject to availability and may be substituted with items of similar value at the Organiser's discretion, where necessary.
11. Only the winners will be notified by the Organiser via email (“Notification”).
12. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided in their submission form. Do ensure that the email address is accurate and valid.
13. The winner must present the Notification together with the relevant social media account(s) for verification purposes to claim the prize at the Organiser's Head Office located at #12-08 Burlington Square, Singapore 189650. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
14. The winner shall be required to strictly adhere to instructions specified by the Organiser for the redemption of the Prize won, without limitation to the foregoing:
a) If any redemption deadlines are specified by the Organiser, the winner must claim the Prize by the stipulated deadline failing which the Prize will be forfeited. Claims made otherwise will not be entertained.
b) In the event that the winner is unable to collect the Prize within any specified deadline, the winner must immediately contact and inform the Organiser to request for an extension, which shall be granted at the Organiser's sole and absolute discretion.
c) In the event that the Prize is required to be collected personally and the winner is unable to collect the Prize personally, the winner may appoint a proxy to collect it on his / her with an authorisation request and a copy of the Notification with the relevant social media account(s) which the Organiser will need to sight for verification purposes.
15. The Prize is non-replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged/defaced.
16. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
17. The winner acknowledges and agrees that the Prize may be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by any third-party agents and/or contractors engaged by the Organiser to fulfill the Prize (if any).
18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and images in any publicity material by the Organiser.
19. Any personal data relating to the participants will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway in accordance with applicable Singapore data protection legislation and the Organiser's privacy policy. 20. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any other organisation or platform. You are providing your information to the Organiser and not to any other party.
